Dear Parents,

I want to give you an update on a situation with regard to our after school care program.  In the past, we have provided this care on all of our early release days, but a recent analysis of attendance has shown that there are several days in which it would make more sense to not have care available.  Specifically, the days that fall before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter have such low numbers that we are NOT going to offer after school care on those days.  This year those dates are the noon dismissals on Tuesday, November 23rd, Friday, December 17th, and Thursday, April 21st.
