Fees and the tuition rate for St. Joseph Catholic School will be established annually and periodically reviewed. Collection of fees and tuition will be the responsibility of the school business office. Checks will not be held for deposit at a later date at the request of a parent; they will be deposited when received. All new students will be categorized as parishioner, non-parishioner or non-Catholic.
Fees
All fees must be paid in full by the dates set in the registration packet in order for a place to be reserved for the child.
Failure to pay the fees by the deadline will result in a late fee charge and the possibility of the student losing the reservation to attend the school in the upcoming school year.

Tuition is due in full on July 1st for the upcoming school year. Late fees will apply. Tuition may be paid in cash, by check, or by credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
The option of financing tuition through the Texas Catholic Community Credit Union is also available. See office for details.
In case of student withdrawal during the school year, tuition will be refunded for any complete unused months. (Annual tuition paid divided by 10)
