STUDENT FEE DUE THURSDAY, MAY 15th: The student fee (one per family) $250.00 is due Thursday, May 15th. If paid after Thursday, May 15th, the fee increases to $300.00.

FIELD DAY/SPIRIT DAY: Field Day is Friday, May 16th, from 8:30 – 10:30am. Volunteers are still needed from 8am until 11am. Please contact Terry Scott at 972-496-2729 or 972-567-3715, if you would like to help. Friday is also a Bonus Spirit Day. Students may wear the new Field Day T-shirt or any St. Joseph shirt with blue jeans, blue jean shorts, or their uniforms.

EDP SIGNUP: Friday, May 16th is a noon dismissal. EDP will be available until 6:00pm for $15.00. Please return the signup form in today’s folders to the School Office as soon as possible if your child(ren) will be attending EDP on this day.

TIME TO ORDER YOUR 2007-2008 YEARBOOK: The order form for the yearbook is in today’s folder. Reserve your color copy by completing the information and enclosing a check payable to St. Joseph Catholic School by May 23rd. Each copy is $25.00. If you are NOT returning to St. Joseph for the next school year, please include your mailing address and an extra $2.00 to cover shipping costs, and your yearbook will be mailed to you. Only a few extras will be ordered. The yearbooks will arrive the first week of school in August. PLEASE send the school office any school related photos that you would like to have considered for the yearbook. We can accept photos or digital images.

PARENTS WEB: Have you signed up yet? You are now able to view your child’s grades, attendance, and other information online through RenWeb ParentsWeb, which is our private and secure website (access to grades is for 2nd-7th only). This is a great way to monitor your child’s progress and be alerted immediately if there are any incomplete grades entered. If you are not registered, you will not be able to be notified via email of any problems. Please take a minute and register. Go to our website (www.stjosephccschool.net) and click on RenWeb. You must have a current email in the system to set up an account. If you get an error message, then you will need to send your email address to jcondy@stjosephccschool.net or call the School office. SPORTS AWARD RECEPTION: There will be a reception for all 5th-7th grade athletes and families on Thursday, May 15th. Please see the invitation in today’s Friday Folder or click here and be sure to RSVP by May 12th. We need some volunteer 4th grade parents to assist at the reception. ATHLETICS PICTURES: There has been a change in dates! The Athletics Pictures are going to be taken on Wednesday, May 21st starting at 6:00pm in the Gym and running through the PTO meeting. Exact times for each team will be distributed next week. All uniforms must be turned in after the team picture is taken (Baseball & Softball will turn in uniforms at end of season.) Also, Sports Distributors will be there on the 21st from 6-7pm for any 4th-7th graders who would like to purchase a St. Joseph letter jacket. Click here to see the flyer.
