Re:                  May 21st PTO Meeting

The upcoming PTO meeting is the last one of the 2007-2008 school year, but please don’t discount it on that regard!  We have a full agenda and will be working hard right through the end of school, and on into summer, getting ready for the 2008-2009 school year!  The detailed agenda is below:

This year has been very rewarding for the PTO Board.  As we look back, there are many things that have been achieved, and we hope you’ll agree, have changed things for the better.  We have a Dad’s Club!  It’s over 120 members strong, and is dedicated to our children and to helping our school and  our parish. 

The auction was very successful this year, almost doubling the amount funds raised from the previous year.  And who could forget the JAGUAR that was given away!  We have new fund-raisers (wreathes and begonias) that are sure to become a part of our parish culture, and we’ve seen a renewed level of volunteerism.  Our lunch room was always well supported! 

This board would like to thank all of the previous boards for laying the foundation upon which we have built, and will continue to build next year.  My thanks to the board for their willing support, and to each of you, for your enthusiastic participation!
