Dear Parents,

It is time to begin the registration process for next year. It is our hope that this will be a relevantly simple and smooth process for all of our families.

This year, we have restructured our registration and student fees into one fee. This Admin/Student fee, used to pay for student supplies, textbooks, technology, field trips, class parties, etc., will be due at registration. Fees can be paid online or sent to the school office.  Please see new fee schedule below:

            $575 for family with one child
            $700 for family with two children
            $800 for family with three children
            $875 for family with four children

Late fees will apply as follows: 

On 2/22 fees will increase by $25 per child
                On 3/12 fees will increase by $50 per child

As you can see below, we have added a modest increase in tuition for the upcoming year. We do our best to keep this increase small yet provide for the needs of our school, which are considerable.

            $5300 for 1st student in family (Catholic)
            $4770 for 2nd student in family (Catholic)
            $3630 for 3rd student in family (Catholic)
            $2650 for 4th student in family (Catholic)
            $6300 for each non-Catholic student in family
            Due in full July 1st – Late fees will apply
Payment methods: Cash, check, credit card or TCCCU (will include interest)

Finally, we are encouraging all of our families to take the opportunity to register online beginning February 1st. Families who do this before February 15th will NOT need to come to school for the registration sessions held here on campus. As an incentive, if you complete the online registration by February 15th, there will be a free dress day coupon that you can print for each of your children! If you do NOT complete the online registration by February 15th, you will be required to register at school on either Tuesday, February 16th between 5:00pm and 8:00pm or Wednesday, February 17th between 1:00pm and 4:00 in the St. Joseph Room.

            February 1-15              Online registration for returning families
                                                (If a sibling is being screened for entrance, fees for this child will be due
upon his/her acceptance)
                February 16                 5-8pm Stop by the St. Joseph Room to do your online registration
OR      February 17                 1-4pm Stop by the St. Joseph Room to do your online registration

            July 1st                         Tuition due
