Uniform Consignment Sale

Mark your calendars for the 14th annual Uniform Consignment Sale. This will be a one day only event, on Saturday, July 28th, from 2:00-4:00pm, in the dining hall at St. Joseph. Please enter through the doors closest to the St. Joseph room on the Spring Valley side. Clothing drop off will be on Monday, July 23rd, from 5:00-8:00pm in Room 123. Yearbooks on Sale

It's time to order your yearbook for the 2017-18 school year! Each copy is $26.00, and only a few extras will be ordered. The yearbooks will arrive the first week of school in August. If you are NOT returning to St. Joseph for the next school year, please include your mailing address with an extra $2.00 to cover shipping costs, and we will mail your yearbook to you. There are extra order forms in the school office, if needed.

Chick-fil-a Day and Early Release

Friday, May 25th, is a spirit day, an early release day, AND a Chick-fil-a day! All Kindergarten through 4th graders will be released at 11:45am and 5th through 8th graders at 12:00pm. Please make plans to stop by the Chick-fil-a on Plano Rd. at any time throughout the day and ask them to put your receipt in the St. Joseph box!

PSIA Results and Awards Ceremony

Congratulations to the Jaguars who placed at the PSIA State Competition at TCU in Ft. Worth last Saturday: Gracie W. - 1st in Ready Writing Grade 3; Erin N. - 2nd in Creative Writing Grade 1; Tramanh T. - 3rd for Spelling Grade 6; Hannah W. - 3rd in Poetry Interpretation Grade 5; Siena P. - 4th in Art Memory Grade 5; Nneka O. - 8th in Art Memory Grade 6; Haasini P. - 8th in Dictionary Skills Grade 5; Sean R. - 8th in Mathematics Grade 3; Michaela B. - 9th in Music Memory Grade 7; Aaron L. - Ninth in Number Sense Grade 5. What a great year for PSIA at SJCS! The awards ceremony recognizing all our PSIA students and coaches is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, after the All School Mass. We are very thankful for everyone in the St. Joseph community who has given so generously of their time and talent!

Fine Arts Night 2018

Fine Arts Night 2018 will be held on Thursday, May 17th from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Several pieces of art from each student will be on display throughout the school, and a musical presentation by our Middle School will begin at 7:00 pm. Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served compliments of our PTO. We hope you will join us as we celebrate the Arts at SJCS!

Field Day Volunteers Needed

Calling all parents and grandparents to come help at Field Day on Friday, May 18th, from 12:00 to 2:30pm. This annual event is a favorite for our students that includes bounce houses, water activities, games, and much more! We need volunteers to help man different booths and activities. Our Annual Summer Reading Book Fair will be held in the St. Joseph Room on May 8th, 9th, and 10th from 8:00am to 4:00pm with special hours on May 10th during Fine Arts Night. Parents are welcome to shop anytime or with their child's class. SJCS Cheer Spirit Night at Fish Shack

The SJCS Cheerleaders will be hosting a fundraiser at the Fish Shack in Richardson on Monday, May 7th, from 4:30 to close. Stop by and enjoy a delicious meal, and mention St. Joseph Cheerleading.
