Student Achievement

Michael Keelan – "...Recipient of the Ranger Heart Award, granted to an outstanding athlete who displays leadership on and off the ice."

This is one of three awards presented by the Jesuit Hockey Coaches at the Jesuit Hockey Banquet to both the Varsity and the JV squad. The Ranger Heart award recognizes the player that gave all he had in the locker room, showing up to practice, game attendance, attitude, etc. It is an honor for any player, but it is especially exciting that Michael received this as an 8th grader.

Eva Dooley won 3 medals in all 3 of her Irish dances at the recent Texas State Championship Feis (Irish for dancing competition.) She has only been dancing since August of last year, so her teacher was very proud of her accomplishment, and so are we.
