Financial Aid Opportunities At SJCS

Financial Aid is available to assist families with the cost of tuition to attend St. Joseph Catholic School and is based solely on need.

By completing the FACTS Financial Aid Application online, you may enroll for both Diocesan assistance as well as St. Joseph Catholic School assistance and the fee of $45 will only be charged once.

Diocesan Financial Aid

The Endowment Trust and Bishop’s Invitational funds were established to provide tuition assistance to parents who decide to educate their children in a Catholic elementary and secondary school owned and operated by the Diocese of Dallas or one of its parishes. Financial aid is available to eligible students admitted and enrolled at one of these schools, provided their families demonstrate a financial need. The funds are limited.

To apply for these funds, complete the FACTS Financial Aid application online.

A $45 application fee is required.

St. Joseph Tuition Assistance Program

Please submit applications to FACTS by March 20, 2027. The application is open to all families planning to attend St. Joseph School during the 2026-2027 school year. New families must complete the admissions process, be accepted, and be enrolled to be considered for tuition assistance. To apply for these funds, complete the FACTS Financial Aid application online.

A $45 application fee is required.

Texas Education Freedom Accounts

St. Joseph Catholic School accepts funds from the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA).

Please use the link below to apply during the annual application window.

TEFA - Texas Education Freedom Accounts

Please be aware that the amount of financial assistance received from the school or DEET/CSO Tuition Assistance will be reduced or withdrawn if you receive funding through a Texas Education Freedom Account (aka, an education savings account) for your child or children. Such an adjustment offers more support to families in need who do not receive TEFA.
