Re-enrollment for Current Students

The re-enrollment period for current SJCS students entering kindergarten through 8th grade in 2027-28 will open on January 5, 2027, and run through February 5, 2026. All current families need to be up to date on this year's tuition payments and resolve any outstanding balances by December 31, 2026.

To complete our online re-enrollment process, log in to the FACTS Family Portal using your usual login.

To access the FACTS Family Portal:

  • Go to the FACTS Family Portal.
  • Type in your username and password.
    • If you have forgotten your username or password, please click the link.
  • After logging in, click the Apply/Enroll button on the left-hand menu.
  • Select Enrollment/Re-enrollment from the drop-down menu. 


Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to your child's re-enrollment packet. Your information will be saved if you need to stop and come back later. The Enrollment System will also include a link to FACTS, our tuition management company. Each returning family must enter all financial information for the new school year. After completing the FACTS tuition information, you will be directed back to the Family Portal to complete the enrollment process. Re-enrollment will not be complete until you enter the information in FACTS and submit the enrollment fee through FACTS SIS.

You can pay your tuition by credit or debit card. A 2.95% fee will be charged, and it will appear as a separate entry on your statement. However, you can still pay any tuition option through your bank account. This form of payment does not incur a service fee.

Returning families ' enrollment packets and registration fees are due by February 5, 2027. On February 6, 2027, the registration fee for returning families will increase by $50 per student.

Admissions for new students will open on February 8, 2027. Parents must re-enroll their SJCS students before the deadline to secure their spot in their grade.
