Each year St. Joseph Catholic Church and School must complete an Annual “Agreed Upon Procedures” (AUP) by an independent CPA firm. Upon completion of this audit, the parish Finance Council meets with the auditors and reviews the audit process and results and their recommendations. In addition, each member of the Finance Council signs a letter addressed to the Bishop of the Diocese confirming the audit review.

Certain formats and types of financial reports are required for AUPs. Each parish and its parochial school must publish these standard reports to parishioners, to school students’ families and to donors.

These required reports for the previous year are available in October for review. Please consult the parish website for the parish financials or click the attachments to the right for the school's financials.
